JOB SCOPE

Summary of Job Responsibilities

The primary focus is planning and coordinating amongst stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of the new resort development, such as but not limited to Hotel, F&B, Wellness & Arena. The position requires frequent interaction and collaboration with MBS leadership, Operational Division Stakeholders and with the DPM project teams.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinates project Milestones, Data/Process Flow & Prioritization
• Monitor & Schedule Concept/Schematic, Design Reviews – Official DPM milestones
• Facilitate & Document discussions with Operational Teams (forecasts/feedback to plans/etc.)
• Workload (30/60/90 days) – Align team on prioritization based on project milestones

• Interacts frequently with DPM Project Management to understand project risks and communicate to the respective teams on known impacts and provides potential solutions. Coordinates planning sessions to mitigate risks, maintaining project budgets, schedule, and scope. 
• Collates, Develops Pre-Opening Budget from each respective business unit, provides relevant forecasts
• Establish/Refine Existing Operating Procedures

• Establish Data Control Process for project related data sets, layouts, elevations, diagrams, etc.
• Establish standardization of templates/formal communication with respective teams
• Recommend enhanced and more effective ways to improve internal processes
• Assist in Presentation Development – Project Updates, Status of Deliverables, Operational Service Strategies

• Develop Frameworks/Models that are useful for Ops stakeholders, such as but not limited to:
• Daily/Hourly Forecasts and/or utilization trends (Pools, Restaurants, Lifts, etc.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education & Certification

• Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Finance, or Hotel Management is preferred.

Experience

• Minimum 6 years’ experience in project management, construction management, financial services or analytics fields preferred.
